4.2 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to circumvent bonus terms through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method, hgzy bdt reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account. If suspicious patterns are detected, all related winnings may be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program Terms

hgzy bdt's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is awarded at each level based on weekly net losses. For example: if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback. Advancement through VIP levels depends on the user's overall activity.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on hgzy bdt are operated using certified software and every result is determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG). If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue or produces a faulty result, hgzy bdt reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet.

5.2 Prohibited Activities
